Catalyst helps organisations and businesses in Ireland, the UK and Europe through contemporary training, mentoring and development. We first worked with them in 2007 when they were starting-up.
In 2015, Catalyst commissioned us again to redefine their brand. Now established and known for their innovative and fresh thinking, Catalyst wanted a brand and collateral echoing those traits.
We kicked off the project by revisiting the Catalyst visual identity, making refinements to both the typestyle and mark so they better represented a more sophisticated, maturing business.
The redesigned website used a bold, direct tone of voice and a vibrant, image-rich visual style, the photography reflecting the people-focused nature of Catalyst's work.
