CP Media is one of the largest independently owned media companies in the UK. They implement and manage outdoor media sponsorship schemes, delivering additional income streams for councils, asset owners and local businesses.
After years of successful growth and a number of business acquisitions, CP decided to rename, rebrand and reposition their business to reflect their expanded offering. We created CP's new brand, starting with the visual identity.
We developed a mark for the CP acronym with a stylistic cue to CP's core business - roundabout sponsorship. We coupled the mark with a typestyle that brought both clarity and a shapely, friendly feel.
We balanced the curves of the mark with a colour palette of deep blue and steel grey. We then brought the identity to life across a range of communications.
In addition to their core business of sponsorship, CP offer additional, complimentary services to clients. We developed a family of icons that helped communicate some of the varying elements that make up these services.
